The recovery story of rural jobs in India, in the month of July, has pulled itself back in the month of August. The employment rate in the country has come down by 37.5% in the month of August when compared to the month of July which was 37.6%. According to the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy, the employment rate has fallen down by 8.4 % in the month of August. The labour force has increased from 424 million to 428 million, which has increased the count of employment to 36 million from 32 million.
