Wreaths Across America has addressed the citizens of the country to pay tribute to those who died on 9/11 terrorist attack. The Americans are asked to wave the national flag at 8:46 a.m., 9:03 a.m., 9:37 a.m., and 10:03 a.m. for one minute. This is to be done in the remembrance of those who lost their lives in that attack. The organisation, Wreaths Across America basically provides wreaths for the graves, but this year it has taken the new project, and the flag-waving timing is based on the activities that took place on that day.
