The country witnesses an increase in the sales of Petrol. Since the country witnessed a lock-down at the end of March, for the first time in the first half of September an increase is being seen in the sales of petrol. According to the industry data, the sale is around 7 percent over that of last month, though not much increase is being seen in the sales of the Diesel. The demand for diesel has been falling 6 percent with each passing year, but it saw an increase in the demand by 19.3 percent in the month of August this year.
