The Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Bezos, lieutenant Jeff Wilke to be replaced by Dave Clark. The company has now thumped Dav Clark, as the new Chief of its retail business. The retirement of Wilke is planned in the first half of 2021. Clark has been the Amazon Executive and now will run the worldwide consumer unit of the Amazon. Clark joined the company during the same time as Wilke in 2013 and was named as the logistic chief. According to Bezos, no one can fit best in the role Wilke then Clark. Although the news of Jeff Wilke’s retirement has surprised many, as he was seen as the potential successor of Jeff Bezos and was earlier promoted to the chief of global consumers business in 2016.
