Amid the crucial phase of the Covid-19 when the world is detecting record number of patients infected per day. The good news came from the The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as it announced its approval for the two surface disinfectants produced by the Lysol.
In its new release on Monday, EPA stated that the two products which proved their efficacy towards the novel coronavirus are the Lysol Disinfectant Spray and the Lysol Disinfectant Max Cover Mist. EPA administrator Andrew Wheeler in a statement said that,” EPA is committed to identifying new tools and providing accurate and up-to-date information to help the American public protect themselves and their families from the new coronavirus“.
“EPA’s review of products tested against this virus marks an important milestone in the entire Trump administration’s approach to fighting the spread of COVID-19.”
UK-based Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc also reported that as customers has stocked up Lysol disinfectants, Dettol soap and Mucinex cough syrup breaking sales record in the first quarter,they are expecting stronger performance in the coming times.
