With time, the death rate and infectious cases are expected to rise in the US. The scientists have predicted that over half a million people could die of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) by February 2021. They said that though the masks could control the fatality figure. According to the prediction, the death toll of 224,000 will alter by an alarming 511,000 by February 28, though the masks could control the casualty figure by 130,000, just over 4 months ahead. They have predicted that the one-third of the death rates that will occur in the region will mainly comprise of the three states namely California, Florida and Pennsylvania from September 22 to February 28, in 2021.
